Sanjay Hiranandani

Sanjay Hiranandani is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in India. He has more than 35 years of diverse experience including working in leadership positions at multibillion-dollar companies such as Siemens and SAP, successfully establishing startup ventures, and serving as a founder and managing director at Dot1. Customer centricity is at the core of Sanjay’s ethos. He firmly believes that the leap of faith a customer places in a business must quickly be converted to trust. Sanjay has been instrumental in achieving several milestones in the business solutions space, particularly through the use of SAP as the technology layer. In the late 1990s, he spearheaded the technological evolution in the media and entertainment industry across Asia Pacific and continues to drive innovation as the dynamics of this sector evolve. One notable transformation Sanjay spearheaded was the development of a citizen portal for the Municipal Council of Greater Mumbai. This portal, which serves over 20 million citizens, uses SAP at its backend, providing essential services efficiently. Additionally, Sanjay’s deep industry knowledge has translated into innovative solutions on the SAP platform, such as the automated replenishment system for over 800 KFC and Pizza Hut stores across India, ensuring the timely restocking of perishable ingredients.

Sujeet Kulkarni

Chief Executive Officer

Sujeet Kulkarni is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in India. He brings extensive experience in dynamic corporate environments, having worked with leading multinational companies such as SAP, Siemens, and others. As the founder and CEO of Dot1, Sujeet managed the entire P&L, creating topline growth, consolidating and further enhancing bottom-line contribution to the business, and most importantly, creating a fine balance between revenue-generating operations of today and skill and capability building for tomorrow. Sujeet began his career with customer engagement and go-to-market for the enterprise software application, SAP. Throughout his career, he has driven many transformation engagements with large customers in the domestic and global markets and has successfully created large portfolio offerings for his organization to channel multiple revenue streams. As a forward-looking leader, he has always worked to orient his teams and organization toward cutting-edge technology practices and establishing lines of businesses catering to the future. He believes in harnessing the potential of people--the most important ingredient of services business--and spends extensive time on people transformation, both within his organization and with customer organizations.

Ankur Sugha

Chief Operating Officer

Ankur Sugha is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in India. He is a seasoned consultant with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects globally. Ankur has played a key role in several startups, establishing effective business practices across diverse functions. Driven by a customer-first ethos, Ankur believes that quality delivery is vital for unlocking new opportunities. He emphasizes the importance of staying connected with both customers and colleagues, advocating for a mindset of "never switching off" to achieve success. Ankur has also contributed to an authorized SAP learning institute as a faculty member, achieving an impressive 100% success rate with his students. Notably, Ankur was involved in implementing the Indian Supreme Court ruling within leading media houses in India, and in developing products for GST compliance, including e-invoicing, e-way bills, and GST filing, which received certification from the government of India. He has also collaborated with software OEMs to enhance their product offerings as part of a partner company. Ankur specializes in solution architecture, particularly in developing bolt-on solutions for customers—such as demand computation and order management systems—and suppliers, including vendor portals, all designed for seamless integration with any backend ERP system.

Alok Singhal

Chaitanya Wagle is the Managing Partner and Head of Solution and Delivery Excellence at DOT1 Solutions, with over 37 years of rich industry experience spanning engineering, business strategy, and enterprise technology. A Mechanical Engineer and MBA by qualification, he has held several leadership roles in global organizations, building technology capabilities, leading complex transformation programs, and driving large-scale solution delivery across industries. An expert in Supply Chain Management, he brings deep domain expertise in logistics, procurement, production planning, and sales distribution. At DOT1 Solutions, Chaitanya leads the enterprise solutions practice with a focus on designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales. He also heads the Centre of Excellence in Supply Chain, providing strategic consulting and driving delivery excellence for SAP and UKG engagements.
